We use standardized billing codes and tariffs. Below are estimated costs of typical consultations – excluding medication and stock or consumables used.

Payment Terms

The cost of consultations is payable immediately after each consultation.
We can submit claims to medical aid schemes, provided that the claim is submitted directly after the consultation. The patient remains responsible for settling the account should the claim not be fully covered or approved at the time of the visit.
We can also provide a detailed invoice for patients who wish to submit claims to their medical aid personally after the consultation.
It remains the patient’s responsibility to ensure that they understand the rules, benefits, and requirements of their medical aid scheme, as well as to follow up on payments and resolve any related issues.
In emergency situations, and by special arrangement for existing patients only, the cost of an urgent consultation may be paid over a period of three months, provided that 50% of the account is paid immediately after the consultation.

Payment Terms

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further services to patients with overdue accounts.
We offer different consultation options to provide a more comprehensive and personalized service. Consultations exceeding one hour will be charged additionally per 15 minutes, or part thereof.
Please take note of the costs associated with the different types of consultations and ensure that the correct appointment type is booked or agreed upon with the doctor during the visit. This assists us in managing our time effectively and providing the best possible care.
Additional standardized billing codes apply for procedures, after-hours consultations, Sundays and public holidays, home visits, and emergencies. Please refer to the fee list for typical consultation costs. Medical supplies and medication are charged separately in addition to the consultation fees.
We always aim to maintain capacity in our schedule for urgent assistance, and urgent cases will always receive priority attention.
